- Short Distance (10-20km) - $5-10 per passenger
- Medium Distance (20-50km) - $10-20 per passenger
- Long Distance (50-100km) - $20-40 per passenger
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if cancelled 24 hours before departure. Partial refunds may be available for late cancellations. No refund on points earned and spent or coupons.
The points and Referal system
The app is set up so you can earn and use loyalty points for riding as a passenger, and one tied to referrals. Spending points is supported: you can redeem points from your passenger balance (for example toward a trip), and the system records that as money taken out of that points balance. Earning points automatically : At the end of each non cancelled rides passengers earns points according to their spending.
The points and Referal system calculation
Point value: 1 point = $0.01 of fare (100 points = $1) • Earning rate: 2 points per $1 of fare (2% return). Example: If the trip costs $40 plus commission fees plus taxes, points are awarded only for the $40 portion of the trip price. • Minimum redemption: 500 points ($5) for redemption to be available, points cannot pay for 100% of a trip. The points system is only for customers who have started and completed a trip without cancellation. Customers can accumulate as many points as they want, however, under no circumstances can they claim more than $10 per trip, with a maximum of 3 claims per month. The same principle applies to referrals: $5 per referral, which is equal to 500 points.
The points and Referal system calculation example
Example: 2 points per $1 fare (= 2% return); on a $40 trip, customers earn 80 points (= $0.80) # $40 × 2 points = 80 points # 80 points × $0.01 = $0.80
