Your Driver's license information is encrypted, stored securely, only accessible by authorized personnel, used solely for verification purposes, automatically deleted after the verification period, and never shared with other users.

If your Driver's license check results in denial, you can review the specific reasons, provide additional context or documentation, request a re-evaluation after 30 days, or appeal through our formal dispute resolution process.
3. Driver license verification
Driver license verification is essential for all drivers on the MuuVZ platform to ensure safety and compliance.
License Requirements
- Valid License - Current, non-expired driver's license
- Minimum Age - 18 years or older
- Class - Appropriate license class for vehicle type (full G)
- Endorsements - Required endorsements for specific vehicle types

Driving Record Standards
To maintain driver status, you must have no major violations in the past 3 years, no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, no more than 2 minor violations in the past year, no at-fault accidents resulting in serious injury, and valid insurance at all times.

MuuVZ guarantees the authenticity of user profiles through comprehensive verification processes and ongoing monitoring.

We ensure that every profile on MuuVZ represents a real, verified professional through identity verification, professional verification (LinkedIn and work email), background checks, and ongoing monitoring.
Verification Badges
Verified profiles display badges indicating identity verified (government ID confirmed), professional verified (employment confirmed), driver verified (license and vehicle confirmed).
Anti-Fraud Measures
We implement multiple layers of fraud prevention: pattern recognition for suspicious activity, manual review of complex cases, and a community-driven fraud reporting system.
Reporting Suspicious Profiles
If you suspect a profile is fake, report it with specific concerns, any interactions or messages, screenshots or evidence if available, and a detailed description of the issue.

To maintain authenticity guarantees, we require annual re-verification of identity, updated professional verification and active account status.
