Platform Description

MuuVZ is a carpooling platform that connects drivers and passengers for shared transportation services. We facilitate connections but do not provide transportation services directly.

User Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Valid driver's license for drivers
• Government-issued ID required
• Currently available in Canada only (expansion planned)

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information, keeping login credentials secure, updating information promptly, and reporting unauthorized access.

We collect full legal name, email, phone number, government ID (for verification), professional details (LinkedIn, work email), payment method details, and location data (pickup/drop-off, GPS during rides).

Usage and Device Information

We track ride history, search queries, preferences, IP address, browser type, device details, messages, reviews, ratings, and click patterns.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for functionality, performance cookies for analytics, functional cookies for personalization, and targeting cookies for advertising (with consent). You can manage cookie settings in your browser or app.

If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and allow users to export their data. Fees already paid will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
